Why Network OS Exists

Why most networking doesn’t work.

“This goes far beyond traditional networking. It’s about designing connections.”

Rohit Bhargava

The best operators don’t chase introductions, they attract them.

Whether you’re raising capital, hiring great people, or unlocking new partnerships, the right relationships accelerate everything.

Yet most people treat networking as a one-off event: reaching out when they need something, or forcing connections that are transactional and never last.

Network OS replaces randomness with rhythm, giving you a system for connection that’s authentic, structured, and repeatable.

You’ll learn how to build relationships that last a decade, not a week, and create the kind of visibility and trust that make opportunities find you.

Rohit Bhargava — Founder of The Komo Club, Host of The Startup Playbook Podcast, Founding Partner, Playbook Ventures

Over the past nine years, I’ve interviewed more than 200 of the world’s top founders, investors, and leaders, from former Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull to billion-dollar founders like Cal Henderson (Co-founder & CTO of Slack - acquired for $26.7B), Micha Kaufman (Co-founder & CEO of Fiverr) and Leigh Jasper & Rob Phillpot (Co-founder of Aconex - acquired for $1.6B).

Those conversations and the opportunities that followed, all came from one thing: a system for building genuine relationships.

It’s the same system that helped me raise capital, invest in high-growth companies, and attract the incredible members and speakers inside The Komo Club.

Beyond the business wins, those relationships built something far more important: trust, belonging, and momentum that compounds over time.

Network OS
distills everything I’ve learned about how to create those outcomes intentionally. Building an ecosystem of people who open doors, elevate your thinking, and help you grow far beyond what’s possible alone.

Founder of The Komo Club

About Rohit Bhargava:

Rohit is a serial entrepreneur, early-stage investor, and the host of The Startup Playbook, one of Australia’s leading and longest-running startup podcasts, where he’s interviewed over 200 leading founders and investors, including Jason Calacanis (angel investor, Uber, Calm & Robinhood), Luke Anear (Co-founder & CEO of SafetyCulture) and DHH (Co-founder & CTO, Basecamp).

He’s built and led multiple companies himself, including StageLabel, one of Australia’s first fashion tech startups, and One Future Football, a global sports venture backed by top investors.

Today, Rohit leads Playbook Ventures, an early-stage investment syndicate backing ambitious founders building the next generation of great companies. Alongside this, he is the Founder of The Komo Club to help founders and high performers use the same systems and tools used to scale businesses to scale their most important asset, you.

The Promise — What You’ll Build

Build relationships that create gravity.

The most connected people don’t collect contacts - they create gravity.

Opportunities flow to them because they communicate their value clearly and consistently.

Network OS helps you design that gravity system: Identify who matters and why. Clarify what you stand for and create authentic pillar content that lets the right people and opportunities  find you.

This isn’t about becoming an influencer or posting daily. It’s about learning to show up in a way that feels true and builds trust at scale. The built-in accountability ensures you actually follow through, turning good intentions into lasting momentum.

The systems you'll establish

The Network OS systems

Every opportunity starts with people, but most people leave that to chance.
Network OS gives you four systems to turn relationships into results.

The Clarity System

Map Your Network

See your relationships like a founder sees their business, with data and intention.

Build your Network Map 1.0 to focus energy where it matters.

The Credibility System

Craft Your Signal

Define what you stand for and communicate it clearly.

Turn your ideas, insights, and stories into authentic pillar content that builds trust and attracts the right people, without the fluff or self-promotion.

The Connection System

Design Your Rhythm

Build a simple weekly rhythm for outreach and follow-up that feels natural, not forced.

Stay visible, add value, and nurture genuine relationships in less than an hour a week.

The Compounding System

Create Your Flywheel

Turn your actions into momentum.

Use your network, content, and collaborations to create a self-sustaining loop where new introductions, opportunities, and ideas keep coming to you.

Together, these systems form your personal Network OS, a repeatable framework for building authentic relationships and opportunities that last

Knows networking works
but haven't made it feel natural and ongoing.
Wants accountability
to follow through on the connections and opportunities you’ve been neglecting.
Value authenticity
over algorithms
Want to attract
aligned opportunities rather than chase them

Then Network OS was built for you.

What our cohort members are saying about The Komo Club
The Komo Club offers rare access to a network of exceptional minds. The depth of insight and generosity within the group has been a game-changer for my personal and professional growth.

Professional Cricket @ Hobart Hurricanes

You should absolutely do it. It's a really great way to spend 8 weeks and mix with a brilliant bunch of people and a super inspiring lineup of speakers as well

Karen Dwyer
Former CMO @ Vitruvian

There was a lightning bolt moment for me...you have to do it. There will be a lightning bolt moment for you as well at some point. It's hard to know when but there definitely will be. Why would you not want that?

Jodie Imam
Co-founder & CEO @ Tractor Ventures

Sometimes you need to say yes to yourself. This is one of those times. You'll get more out it than you realise and that's probably the best part of this program.

Karl Noronha
VP of Strategy & Operations @ B Capital

The Komo Club program has been really  transformative for me. It came at a period of my life when I felt really stuck around what I needed to do. It gave me some good frameworks and structure, but most importantly it has given me a community of people that are awesome and that help us get shit done for ourselves. It has been the best program for me because it really helped me learn and grow from others.

Nan Former
VP of Commercial @ Pet Circle

Being around other people who are genuinely motivated to improve pushes you to keep up or get left behind. We all had our own goals, but because we were checking in every week, there was this extra push to make real progress each time. The things I’d been struggling to stick with became much easier, because I knew the people in my pod would ask how it was going. In a way, I didn’t want to let them down and that accountability really worked in my favour.

Mat Ellis
Co-founder & CTO @ Kismet

The core areas of your life are like balls you’re constantly juggling. For me, The Komo Club was a chance to pause that juggling, zoom in, and really look at what needed work and how to improve it. At the same time, I could step back with this community, get a fresh perspective on where I was at, and let that recalibrate my thinking. Then, with that clarity, I could pick up those balls again and juggle them better than before.

Grant Morgan
Head of Legal for VC & Funds @ LUNA

The Komo Club is not just about the speakers or workshops (which were amazing!), it's also about being part of a community of incredibly high performers who want to empower all areas of their life and help each other in the process.

James Harrisson
Account Executive @ Zeller

Loved it. The 8 weeks flew past and there were golden nuggets of wisdom each and every week. It's a worthwhile investment both from a time and financial perspective. I'm looking forward to doing another one

George Chondors
Chief of Staff @ Stormrake

I took away the importance of being grounded in how I spend my time. As a founder you have your own internal expectations so that means being in the company, but for me the biggest important thing is knowing that if I'm enriching myself, my family and my friendships, it's actually freeing up my capacity to do even better in the business.

Founder & CEO @ ValAI
