Too often, ambitious founders, operators, and leaders push themselves to the edge, believing sacrifice is part of the deal. But the truth is: when you neglect your health, relationships, and sense of self, you don’t just pay for it later - you lose the clarity and energy to enjoy what you’re building now.
We exist to change that story.
At The Komo Club, we believe real success means performing at your peak and living well along the way. When you take care of your body, mind, relationships, and finances, you don’t just avoid burnout; you make better decisions, show up more fully for the people you care about, and build a life and business that can go the distance.
We’re not here to slow you down. We’re here to help you thrive for decades, not just quarters
The Komo Club was founded by Rohit Bhargava, a serial entrepreneur, investor, and trusted voice in the startup ecosystem.
After building multiple companies and speaking with more than 200 top founders and investors on his podcast, Rohit kept seeing the same truth: the people building the biggest things often neglected themselves the most. He recognised this pattern in his own journey too - the relentless pace, the blurred boundaries, the hidden costs.
He knew there had to be a better way - a way to achieve big things without losing yourself in the process. So he built The Komo Club: a trusted community, practical systems, and accountability to help high achievers take better care of themselves and, in turn, everything and everyone they care about.
Today, The Komo Club is exactly that: a human accelerator for leaders who want success to feel as good as it looks.
Rohit is a serial entrepreneur, early-stage investor, and the host of The Startup Playbook, one of Australia’s leading and longest-running startup podcasts, where he’s interviewed over 200 leading founders and investors, including Malcolm Turnbull (Former Australian Prime Minister & investor), Cal Henderson (Co-founder & CTO, Slack), Micha Kaufman (Co-founder & CEO, Fiverr), Jason Calacanis (angel investor, Uber, Calm & Robinhood), and DHH (Co-founder & CTO, Basecamp).
He’s built and led multiple companies himself, including StageLabel, one of Australia’s first fashion tech startups, and One Future Football, a global sports venture backed by top investors.
Today, Rohit leads Playbook Ventures, an early-stage fund backing ambitious founders building the next generation of great companies. Alongside this, he created The Komo Club to help founders and high performers strengthen the one thing they can’t afford to neglect: themselves.
The program is designed for founders, operators, athletes, and high-performing professionals who want to grow across all areas of life, not just in business.
Expect to invest around 2–3 hours per week across speaker sessions, workshops, accountability pods, and personal reflection. Everything is designed to be high-leverage, not overwhelming.
All speaker sessions are recorded and made available to members. You’ll also have flexible access to resources and tools to work through in your own time.
No, the DEXA scan, blood tests, and doctor consultation are an optional extra, but strongly encouraged for those wanting to optimise their health and energy.
The Komo Club is fully online and accessible globally. We also host in-person events and dinners in select cities throughout the program.
That’s totally fine. If you’re someone who values high performance, personal growth, and being part of a like-minded community, you’ll fit right in.
We don’t just teach concepts, we give you the systems, structure, and community to apply them. It’s equal parts personal operating system, expert coaching, and accountability network.
We cap each cohort to ensure deep connections, personalised support, and a tight-knit community. Our upcoming cohort will be limited to 50 members.
You’ll be invited to join our ongoing Komo Club community, with continued access to events, tools, and fellow alumni. Growth doesn’t stop after 8 weeks.
Click “Apply Now” to complete a short application form. We’ll then review and invite qualified applicants to a short interview before offering a spot in the program.
Each week includes a live expert session, a workshop, a pod check-in with your accountability group, and time to work on your personal goals through the Komo OS. The structure is designed to be actionable, not overwhelming.
We offer a few different pricing tiers depending on your level of access and support. Details are provided after applying and during the interview process. We also offer a limited number of scholarships for exceptional founders and operators.
Yes, we offer partial and full scholarships to ensure financial barriers don’t block access for high-potential individuals. You'll be able to indicate your interest in this during the application process.
There’s no perfect time. Komo is designed to help you find clarity, structure, and support especially when you’re at a crossroads or feeling stretched. If you’re someone who values growth, you’re ready enough.
While every member’s journey is different, most experience greater clarity, increased energy, stronger habits, and deeper relationships - personally and professionally. We focus on real, lasting shifts - not hype.
